Stream Bar randomly switches to tv menu.

While streaming the Roku Stream Bar will just shut off and switch to our TV's menu. Our software and all apps are up to date, and have tried restarting it.

    Thanks for the post.

    Can you please provide more information about the issue you are experiencing? What kind of TV do you have? Can you provide a screenshot of what is appearing on screen when this issue occurs?

    If you are using the Roku Streambar and the TV menu comes up during streaming, it's possible that the issue lies within the TV itself and not the Roku device.

    With more detailed information, we will be able to assist you further.
