I'm having the same issues and now I'm getting a warning about my HDMI cable that's flagged across the screen. My unplugged the power as it suggested the message gone away but I'm still getting the random popping sounds. I've got subwoofer two front speakers, two rear speakers and then the main bar. I'll provide any other information if needed

I have two full surround sound and they both do it. It does it when Bluetooth or using Chromecast with Google TV. It doesn't do it when casting YouTube or I heart radio straight to it.

Hi Doub,
Welcome to the Roku Community!
Thanks for sharing your report about this. We're here to help. Could you tell us if you've been able to use this before without having an issue? If so, when did you start seeing the issue, and what are the steps to reproduce it?
Let us know more about this so that we can further look into it.
Thanks,

Both sets of surround sound speakers updated today to 12.5.5.4173. Both soundbars are still at 12.5.0.4178. Both full surround sounds are fed by Roku TVs. The. TVs also updated to 12.5.5.4173. I tried both briefly and they seem to be doing better now.
