We're grateful that you reached out directly to us concerning the issue you're having with your Roku Streambar, and we would like to be able to assist.
Could you please clarify for us whether the static problems are with your Sound bar's sound or picture? Also, is this happening on all channels?

It is sound only and happens no matter what app I'm watching on. It seems to happen with certain tone noises which leads me to believe the speaker may be shot.

To help us dig deeper into this matter, we would like to request additional information to proceed.
Such as...
- Roku device model, serial number, device ID, and Software Version. (these can all be found in Settings > System > About)
- Tracker ID (when you see this issue occur, press the Home button five times, followed by the Back button five times, and provide us with this ID).

Well I have 7 roku devices in my house and this issue has been unresolved for almost a year. Youve lost me as a customer. I've tried numerous times to get a refund/warranty replacement and it's virtually impossible.
