We have the same problem. The sound all of a sudden blasts or all of a sudden could hardly be heard. We have tried all fixes. We thought the update did these things but our software have been updated so many times. We are trying to hang in there but seriously thinking of getting rid of all my rokus, I have three 3920X.
We keep on hoping Roku will step up but no fix yet. Thank you.

Before we proceed, may we know if this happens during playback? If so, could you please let us know on which specific channel this occurs? Also, are there any external devices connected to your Roku Premiere? If so, kindly let us know the model and when it first started happening.
