Sound distorted on local channels lower than 14

I have scanned for antenna local channels and tv found 33. Local channels are only 50 miles away. Antenna has 100 mile range. On channels lower than 13 (like old VHF ) Picture is fine but sound (Audio) is distorted and choppy. Cannot understand what is being said. My non Roku tvs are fine. Whats the solution?

    • Has this been set up before without having this issue, or is this you're first time setting up this one?
    • Is this happening on all local stations or an isolated case?
    • Does performing a rescan and a reset help?
