Please try the following steps:
- Disconnect the power cable from each speaker.
- Move the speaker(s) closer to your TV to ensure a stronger connection.
- Power the speakers back on and try pairing again.
- If the issue persists, perform a factory reset on each speaker and try setting them up again.

i have tried ALL the recommended steps to resolve and connect. No luck. Also tried a different roku tv and same - no luck. Help! Ate these things just paperweights now? Thanks

We sincerely appreciate your efforts in trying the suggested steps. Could you please let us know if you have successfully paired this wireless speaker in the past? Additionally, are you encountering any error codes?
In the meantime, please try setting up the Roku wireless speaker again. This time, enable the fast TV feature and restart your internet router. You can do the following:
- Press the Home button on your Roku TV remote
- Select Settings
- Select System
- Select Power
- Select Fast TV Start
- Highlight Enable 'Fast TV Start' and press OK
Fast TV Start uses more power than normal standby mode and will override default power settings. However, it can be useful for maintaining a network connection and allowing other wireless devices to connect to your Roku device when it's powered off.

speakers worked fine in the past but no longer- have tried ALL recommendations multiple times. They will not pair anymore
