roku wireless soundbar wont pair to westinghouse roku tv

I just got a roku wireless soundbar and ive been trying to connect to to my westinghouse roku tv.  I do what it tells me to do and i choose the soundbar then hit continue.  Then the next screen it starts updating it, then after it gets to 100% it just sits there for a little bit and then says unable to pair.  I have reset everything, unplugged and re plugged back in.  Did all the steps it tells me and it will no pair at all.  Does any1 have any suggestions?  Has any1 else had this problem?  please help

We understand that you're encountering an unexpected behavior while pairing your Roku Wireless Sound to your Westinghouse Roku TV. We'd be more than happy to take a closer look at this.

We would appreciate it if you could clarify how your television is connected to the internet. Are you using a wireless connection, or have you opted for an Ethernet cable? Additionally, have you taken a moment to check for any software updates on your Roku TV? Ensuring that your TV is running the latest software version is important, as it may determine compatibility with your Roku Wireless Soundbar.

In the meantime, we recommend rebooting your router to restart your connection and try pairing your soundbar again to your TV.

        Thanks for confirming, Romie1986!

Could you please specify what product or software you are beta testing? Also, have you tried factory resetting your Soundbar? If so, you may need to review the steps provided in the article below so no steps are left undone.

Let us know what you find out.
