Hi! Tress1234
Welcome to the Roku Community!
I understand your Roku Soundbar is acting up and suddenly stops working. I'm here to work through it with you. Can you share a bit more info?
- What TV brand are you using? If you have the serial number, that could really help!
- When did this issue pop up?
- Have you tried anything else beside what you mentioned on your post?
Let’s team up and get this sorted out together!

This has happened to me. I have a roku pro series and the wireless soundbar has suddenly disconnected. I also have the roku bass pro and 2 roku rear speakers. These are still showing connected. I have tried to unplug the soundbar, I have power cycled the TV, cleared the network cache, checked for TV updates. I have reset the soundbar with 10 second press. When I try to pair, it will search for several minutes before telling me that it can't find the bar. The bar is in the same place that it has worked in for months. The bar defelitely still works because the speaker's voice still tells me to hold the home button to connect the device.

Thanks for bringing this concern to our attention! Loyalt90
I get that you are having an issue with your Roku Wireless Soundbar that stopped working and wont reconnect to your Roku Pro Series TV. To help me get further and investigate this, can you please tell me:
- Did you notice any recent updates before you encountered this issue?
- What's the current software version of your Roku TV?
- Do you have any devices connected to your Roku TV other than the Roku Wireless Soundbar, Roku Bass Pro, and 2 Roku Wireless speakers?
