Roku Streaming Stick Audio Issue

Apologies if this question has been asked already, but my Roku having no audio has been driving me crazy. I have a Roku Streaming stick and everything works besides the audio. For some reason, the audio doesn’t come out at all. I tried ensuring the Tv is not on mute, turned on and off my TV, and put all the audio settings on auto. Still, no luck. I have a Samsung TV, on the older side. Is there a way to somehow hook up the streaming stick with the surround sound system I have through Sonos? I saw on YouTube the CEC thing fixed it for a lot but I don’t have that setting on my Roku…

    When you say no audio, is this affecting all the channels on the platform or an isolated case? Also, is this just a recent issue or have you been experiencing this before?

    Please tell us more about this so that we can further investigate this.
