ROKU Streambar won't connect

I see LOTS of issues with Express - Im new to Roku- it came in my motorhome.  I already did factory reset and bought brand new Roku Streambar. HD 4K HDR....WIRELESS. It WONT connect. Held the butt...

    The Roku Streambar does not connect wirelessly to anything, it needs a hdmi cable connected to an arc hdmi input on the tv, or combination of hdmi and optical for non-arc tv's. If you can't pair the Streambar's remote to Streambar, use the express IR remote to go into the Streambar settings> remote & devices> new device> soundbar> follow prompts

I’m having the same issue, and I got a Hisense Q6 tv and the streambar is connected to HDMI 1 and tot he optic as well and still the orange light keeps blinking and not connecting
