Roku Streambar Sound Blown Out

I’m currently using the basic streambar (9102R) for a few months now when suddenly the speaker sound is blown when the slightest base is heard. It does it whether streaming or through basic cable. Any help with would be appreciated.

  • If the bass sounds distorted, it could mean that the speaker is broken.  To be sure, try decreasing the bass levels in the audio settings or using a different input.  It could need to be fixed or replaced if it keeps happening.

Bass distortion can develop when water or dust gets inside, not just when a speaker breaks. If your iPhone is sounding off, it might be time to fix my speaker or clean iPhone speaker using a reliable method. Just search for: fixmyspeakeer dot com. It helps with fix my speaker sound, fix my speaker dust, and water eject functions to push out moisture and restore sound quality.

This is the dumbest solution given here.  Everyone and I mean everyone either tried a full reset or unplugged and plugged the soundbar back in... This is not a solution so stop saying it!

That in no way solved my issue. I bought a different brand and everything is fine now.

I'm sorry, how the heck did this response get put in as a solution? This is not at all a solution to sound problems like this. No follow-up from the original poster saying it worked? Definitely not a solution.

Personally, I just ordered some replacement speakers from digikey, as found on other places in this form, and I'm hoping that's going to work out for me. https://community.roku.com/t5/Solving-playback-issues/Where-can-I-buy-replacement-speakers-the-hardware-for-my-Roku-Streambar/td-p/912812
