Roku Streambar SE returns to HDMI2 and sound is delay

Just purchased and installed Streambar SE and experiencing the same problem noted by others.  When try to switch from HDMI2 to HDMI1 ARC (to which the Roku is attached) the display quivers and eventually reverts back to HDMI2.  It sometimes go back and forth but never stabilizes on the Roku.  There is also up to 1 minute delay before sound appears when the TV is first turned on.  Have tried different remotes , power cycling and resetting the streambar.  Here is the data on my streambar:

S/N  S094645SWGAU

Model 9104X

Software version  14.5.4  build 5944 (5/3/2025)

Will wait to see if your troubleshooting works before returning the streambar.  Please keep all informed.  Thank you.
