In addition to turning off the screensaver,
Many Roku TVs and players come with this Auto Power-Saving Mode feature. It might be a good idea to turn off that Auto Power-Saving Mode to keep things running smoothly. Here's a link on how to disable this feature.
I hope you found this helpful!
Cheers!

No, this does not stop it from disconnecting after 5 minutes. Just like the other post, this should not be marked as a solution. Neither of these are solutions.

Hi again! streambar
Thanks for the update!
To help me dig deeper into this, can you provide me with this info:
- When did you first experience the issue?
- What version of software is currently running on the Roku device?
- What steps have you taken, apart from the ones you mentioned earlier?
- Are you connecting your Headset through the Roku Mobile App or directly to the TV?
Looking forward to teaming up with you to sort this out!

I am connecting through the settings on the Roku Streambar SE. This happens on all versions of software no matter what settings anyone makes. If you look at the link I posted in the first post, under the "Tip" section it says that Roku has designed it to disconnect after several minutes - that several minutes is 5 minutes. This senseless reason they give is to save battery. That has nothing to do with the Roku, which is plugged in, and the customer should be in charge of whether they want to save battery on their connected devices. This needs to be changed by the Roku devs because they have hardcoded it to act this way no matter what any customer wants or how we configure our devices. Roku devices are the only devices I have ever owned who do this unwanted, forced behavior. Connecting the exact same devices to my Android TV and any other device I have ever owned, will leave them connected until I choose to disconnect them.
