Roku Streambar Pro - Died
I purchased the Roku Streambar in December 2023 from Amazon for my Husband as a Christmas Gift. It has worked pretty well until a few weeks ago. It started resetting itself in the middle of a program. This activity began to increase. Yesterday I tried all of the tips, resetting the device, my router, do a hard reset, everything. It began working again, but then about 45 minutes into a program it started losing sound and would eventually log out and reset. Again, I tried all the tips and ticks and this morning it completing froze up when I tried to do a factory reset. The remote screen appeared and I could not move off of this screen. I have wasted too much time on this device. Please allow me to return this device for a refund or a replacement. I am so frustrated at this point that I don't think I will ever purchase another Roku device.
