Roku streambar 4K sound not Turing off
Roku streambar sound will not turn off. The remote will turn the tv off and the light on the streambar goes out, but the sound is still on. How do I fix this please?!!!

Firstly, is this your first time setting up a Roku streambar? Has this happened before? In addition, please make sure that you are using a Roku remote that is currently paired to your Roku streambar for you to be able to utilize it properly.
