Roku Soundbar streaming problems

I have a stream bar that as a streaming device it is slow, reboots all the time and kinda buggy. The sound from the soundbar is excellent. Thei WuFi and I have excellent WiFi speed. I bought a brand new Roku, the latest model hoping to be able to use that streamer along with the soundbar. I have not been able to. I also wonder if Roku has an upgraded sound bar.

    • When did you first notice this issue?  
    • Are you experiencing this problem while streaming all channels or only specific ones?  
    • Have you received any recent software updates? If so, please provide the latest software version for your Roku.  
    • Have you tested the Roku Soundbar on a different TV to see if the same issue occurs?
