Roku Soundbar has “no video signal” and after reset flashing orange light doesn’t stop flashing
I tried to use my Roku Soundbar today after having successfully used it during the recent SAG Awards. I have changed NOTHING on the TV, Soundbar, or internet settings and all of a sudden go a “no video signal” message on the TV. FYI I do not have cable TV, so without the Roku Soundbar I can’t watch anything on the TV. I did some sleuthing and unplugged/replugged everything, restarted my internet, and attempted to do a reset of the Soundbar by holding the reset button for 15-30 seconds. After that, I still get the “no video signal” message AND also the orange light on the Soundbar continuously flashes, never stopping. So now I have unplugged it and do not know what to do to try to fix this. How does it go from working a few weeks ago and all of a sudden it doesn’t work when I have done nothing to change anything on my end? Was there a system update that killed it? Thanks for any help you can provide. The Soundbar isn’t that old (2023) so it’s concerning if it has just mysteriously stopped working.
Hi! LoriB11
Thanks for bringing this to us!
We totally get why you're concerned about your Roku Soundbar showing "No Video Signal." This usually means there might be a hiccup with the picture connection. First, double-check that the HDMI cable is firmly plugged into your TV. If that doesn't work, try switching it to another HDMI port. And don’t forget to press the Input/Source button on your TV remote to select the right source. If that doesn't work, try replacing the HDMI cable if you have a spare.
Let me know if this helps. Cheers!
