Roku Smart Soundbar Bluetooth connectivity adding Speakers

I have Roku Smart Soundbar, 4K/HD/HDR Streaming Media Player & Exceptional Audio Includes Roku Voice Remote. I want to add Roku Surround  Speakers and FULL sound system purchased in Fall of 2020.

I connect my Starkey Hearing aids via the remote control on my iPhone 14 Pro. Nobody else in the room can hear TV if I use the Hearing aid feature. I have high speed Fiber internet. What equipment do I need and how do I configure and/or set it up. Also, address the need and/or inclusion of a Bluetooth Hub, etc.   I want the ability to connect blue tooth headphones or other accessories that will be in audio/video sync with the ROKU system.     Thank You
