Started having same issue overnight Friday. Affects all Rokus in the house (4 total), and sound setting doesn't cure. Factory resetting Roku doesn't cure. Any other suggestions?

To proceed with the investigation, please provide additional details of your problem so we can accurately resolve it.
- Did you receive any recent software update that might trigger this issue? If so, please provide the latest software version of your Roku. (Settings > System > About.)
- Serial number of the affected devices.
- Is it affecting all the channels or only this app?
- Can you please provide the model of your Surround sound system?
