Reset Roku with soundbar flashing yellow

I have an LG tv with a Roku soundbar hooked up to it. I tried to do a factory reset and the yellow light keeps flashing on it. The tv remote won't let me get into settings or any functions. Can't turn the tv on or off. I tried to reset the soundbar. Nothing works. Help!
