Maximizing volume using Roku Ultra LT stick and Samsung TV

I replaced a 55" VIZIO  with a new Samsung.  Using the same Roku LT stick wit both TVs, the overall volume is much lower in the Samsung.  Can you set volume separately for Roku stick and TV to maximize total volume?
