Left Roku Wireless Speaker won't stay connected

I have a 55" and 32" TCL TV. The Roku Wireless speakers have been paired to the 55" for 5+ years. Lately the left speaker continues to connect and disconnect from the TV until it finally stays disconnected; the right speaker remains connected, and both speakers say they are paired. I have tried all of the troubleshooting suggestions, and nothing has worked. I finally tried pairing the speakers to the other 32" TV; again, the left speaker would not stay connected.

Does this mean the speaker's WiFi is toast and I need to get new speakers? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

    Welcome, gwilcox

Thanks for reaching out! We understand you're having an issue with your left Roku wireless speaker not staying connected. We're more than happy to assist.

    Please try these steps:

    1. Restart your Roku Wireless Speaker (by removing the power cable, waiting a moment, and then plugging it back in, or pressing the Reset button on the back of the speaker).
    2. Restart your Roku TV (by navigating to Home > Settings > System > Power > System Restart > Restart. After about a minute, the wireless speaker will automatically reconnect to your TV.)
    3. If the issue continues, try factory resetting your wireless speakers by pressing the Reset button on both for 10 seconds.
    4. You can also factory reset your wireless speaker through the TV (by going to Settings > Remote & devices > Audio devices > Wireless Speaker > Factory reset. For more details, please visit this link.)

Hope this helps. Keep us posted on what you find out.
