I hear Sound only in the headphones

Everything was fine but since a few days ago I can only get sound in headphones. Also the controller does not turn on or off the Insignia  TV. My  Roku model is 4802X serial number is SODA22AL8NM6

    We don't have much information to fully understand your concern. Could you elaborate on this for us? Are you using a rechargeable voice remote pro or you're using the Roku mobile to access your player?
