We understand you're encountering the same issue with your Roku Smart Soundbar. No worries; we hear you, and we'll let the team know about this.
To pass this on to them, we need to gather more information about your problem so we can include your Roku Soundbar in the ongoing review that they are conducting:
- Roku device model, serial number, device ID, and OS version. (these can all be found in Settings > System > About)
- Tracker ID (when you see this issue occur, press the Home button five times, followed by the Back button five times, and provide us with this ID)

You have not provided any options to resolve this issue that I can see yet. We need you to find a way to resolve this issue, or we want a refund on our purchase.
