Can't pair roku speakers

I have the roku 9030x wireless speakers and a tcl roku tv. The speakers will not pair. It just keeps searching for speakers in step 1 and never moves on. I have checked the tv and the software is upd...

    We would recommend taking a look at the troubleshooting steps provided by our Support page here: How do I resolve issues pairing my Roku® wireless speakers?

    If you are still unable to resolve the issues with your speakers, please send me a PM with your Roku account email address, and include the serial number/device ID of the Roku device along with a summary of the issue you are experiencing. I'll be able to assist you further from there.

My speakers suddenly disconnected from my Sharp Roku TV (Roku TV 5303X; Sharp Model LC-43LB371U - running version 10.5.0 - build 4210-13 ). They did not unpair. I have reset them, unplugged them and plugged back in, they are in pairing mode but the TV does not find them.  I have also reset the TV.  I have only had these for about a year. Help is appreciated. (Model 9020X)
