Bluetooth Headphones setup

Hello, 

So I have encountered a problem while trying to set up the wireless head-phones that we provide to our clients to the as we are a treatment facility where we have 40 Beds and 20+ Roku TVs and another brand TV. We have had no problem connecting them to the other brand but after reading reddit posts and Roku Community posts people have been needing to connect to their phones in which they don't have access to while in treatment. Is there a system download we should add? Thank you in Advanced!
