Greetings from the Roku Community, duckychill!
We understand that you have encountered an audio issue while streaming on your Roku speakers. We'd be more than happy to assist you.
For further isolation of this issue and to determine if the issue is within the TV or with the device, you may try the following troubleshooting steps below:
- Try a different HDMI cable. You may try changing a different high-speed HDMI cable to see if the audio on your device improves. HDMI Cables transmit high-definition audio and video from a source device to a display device. Thus, a malfunctioning HDMI cable can cause incidents such as these.
- Try the device on a different TV. To determine whether the audio issue originates from the device itself or the TV speakers, it's helpful to connect the device to a different television. Doing so will allow us to see if the problem persists, thereby isolating the source of the audio malfunction.
- Try connecting the device to a different HDMI port. The HDMI port on the television may also be responsible for the glitch you're experiencing. To troubleshoot this, you might want to try connecting your device to a different HDMI port on the TV. This simple action could potentially resolve the issue and restore a smooth viewing experience.
- Reboot your Roku device. To do that, navigate to Settings > System > Power (If the Power option is unavailable) and proceed to System Restart.
We would highly recommend trying it to see if that makes any difference.

Thank you for your reply, duckychill!
Have you tried temporarily connecting your device to a mobile hotspot to see if it improves the situation? Also, could you please clarify whether you are using Roku speakers or a Roku soundbar?
Thanks for your cooperation.
Best,
