Audio not working in apps

My Roku TV stopped playing audio in apps I can hear the clicking scrolling threw the menu but not on Netflix etc I've tried unplugging and plugging back in system restart resetting the audio and everything that has been listed on here and nothing is working does anyone have anything new they have tried that worked

      Best way I can explain it is when I'm scrolling through the home screen I can hear the clocks and when I turn the volume up I can hear the clocks and when the TV is turned on I can here the noise or plays and when I hook up my Nintendo switch on the HDMI I can hear everything. But when I go to play Netflix Hulu Disney Plus or amy of the streaming apps I have on the TV there is zero volume at all. I've done system restart I've factory reset my TV I've reset the audio settings and I've unplugged and plugged back in and nothing is working. I've heard from a lot of people it's common for Roku tvs and these are the solutions they've used to fix them

  • Audio not working frequently in TBN aps most particularly Inspire. I am probably going to have to give up on you. Especially since I don't know who to communicate with.

      Thanks for sharing the experience you have had with this issue.

      We'd like to understand if you're having similar issues. May we know if the audio issues only happen with this particular app? Would you mind checking if the issue is persistent with other apps as well? Also, when did you start seeing the issue, and what have you done so far to resolve this concern?
