Audio disappearing after few minutes of playing

On 12/26/23 the audio stopped. After completely powering off I got the audio back but only for 5 to 10 minutes. Changed hdmi cable with no effect. After removing power from roku for 10 minutes I am getting the audio back but for about 5 - 10 minutes. I have tried this few times.

Factory reset has not worked.

I am very frustrated with the new updated roku software as it was working fine for about 1 year without any problems.

    • Do you have any other Roku devices? If yes, are the other Roku device(s) experiencing the same issue with the audio?
    • Do you have any other device(s) connected to your TV?
    • Is this happening on all content or channels, or is this isolated to one content or channel?
