Zeus channel paid for but i can’t watch anything

I subscribe $5.99 monthly Zeus an it's got all my channels still locked

    We appreciate you for reaching out about this. Channel issues like this could probably an issue within the channel update. We would recommend to perform a system restart by navigating to Settings > System > Power (if available) > System restart. If the issue persists, we would also suggest reporting this issue to the channel support team for further assistance.

      My Zeus in downloaded on ro

      my Roku tv and when I try to watch and you can see it on the tv but can’t press play because it’s a lock on every show

      My Zeus services paid for and everything in it it locked and I can’t watch anything this is crazy
