• Were there recent software updates before this issue?

In the meantime, please try removing and reinstalling the app. 

1. Press Home on your Roku remote.
2. Highlight the app you want to remove.
3. Press the star * button on the remote to open the options menu.
4. Select Remove app, and confirm when prompted.
