YouTube TV app kicks back to the Home screen

I just installed a new HD streaming stick and it continually aborting to the main menu out of the  You Tube TV app.  I have tried all the fixes - restarting, reinstalling, updating and it continues to happen mostly after fast forwarding through content.  It streams a a few seconds after playing and then exits.  

I have looked at the stats and have 30MB bandwidth and the buffer is around 20 seconds after FF'ing.

I am ready to return this unit...

    We understand that you are experiencing an issue with the YouTube TV app on your new Roku streaming stick, and we would like to investigate it.

    Please let us know the following.

    • Is this happening only on YouTube TV, or was another app affected, or is it just specific content?
    • Could you please provide us with a video of the issue?
    • Roku device model, serial number, device ID, OS version, and build. (This can be found in Settings > System > About)
    • Tracker ID (press Home button 5 times, followed by Back button 5 times)
    • App build version (highlight the app and press the star (*) button of your Roku remote)

      1. Only YT TV which I use predominantly.  Have NOT been able to recreate on Hulu.  It mostly happens after fast forwarding but did happen from guide while content was playing in background.
      2. Not sure how to attach a video.  Can I email it somewhere?
