Youtube staying signed in

Started happening on both Roku smart TVs a couple weeks ago (a TCL 65" and a Sharp 32") -- no issue on laptop, iPhones or iPad. Tried all the tricks mentioned with no luck. Reported to YouTubeTV and they are working on it. They emailed me back with something to try but it was a non-existent menu item. 

The TCL is model 65R617, software version 11.5.0, build 4312-30

    Can you please provide us with more specific information about the issue you are experiencing? Do you encounter any error messages? Are all the other streaming channels operating normally? How long has the issue existed and what troubleshooting done to resolve the issue?
