YouTube shorts play at double speed after initial playing

Ever since the latest system update, all of the Shorts play normally 1 time and then when they repeat the 2nd and any other playbacks are played at double speed, with garbled sound. Moving to another...

There’s nothing for Roku to fix. This is an app problem and only the app developer can fix it. Google owns YouTube so they have to fix their app.

The app works on every other ROKU device except the ROKU Ultra and you say it's an app problem? ... Yeah, this won't get fixed anytime soon with ROKU and YouTube blaming each other.
