Youtube playback issues. screen goes black while playing

Have already reset the Roku device, delete and reinstall the app and nothing works, I can't watch youtube for less than 5 seconds without the screen going black and stop the playback. I feel the channel needs an urgent update. Have sent a feedback to developer, no changes for more than a week already

    Thanks for flagging this issue to us. We'd like to delve into this problem further and look into it closely. 

    Before proceeding, we would like to request for extra details on your Roku devices:

    • Roku device model, serial number, device ID, and OS version. (these can all be found in Settings > System > About)
    • Tracker ID (when you see this issue occur, press the Home button five times, followed by the Back button five times, and provide us with this ID)
    • Channel build version (Highlight the app from the Home Screen and press the Star * Button)

    By providing all the details, we will be one step ahead in resolving this issue. We are looking forward to your response.
