YouTube on Roku TV is showing a grey screen

About a week ago I went to Youtube App on my Roku TV.  Once open it was a grey screen only.  So restarted TV, same thing.  Checked to see if everything was up to day and everything is.  Deleted app, shut off TV and restarted.  Loaded Youtube again. Same thing.  Repeated Same thing.  check everything on internet and wifi.  Youtube works on my Ipad but wont stream to tv with a picture.  Everything Grey and no sound either.   

Please help!

        Sorry no Tracker ID as nothing comes up.   Please give instructions again if there is any other way as not showing as an issue.  Help please

    We appreciate the troubleshooting steps you have taken so far and would like to investigate this issue further.

    • Roku device model, serial number, device ID, and OS version. (This can all be found in Settings System About)
    • Tracker ID (when you see this issue occur, press the Home button 5 times, followed by the Back button 5 times, and provide us with this ID)
    • App build version (This can be found by selecting the app on the Home screen and pressing the * button).
    • Could you share a photo or video clip with us?

      Hi JohnB    I have been trying to send a photo the last couple of days but Im not very good with the tech stuff. I hope this one comes thru.
