I’ve tried all suggested Roku solutions, been through it all twice on phone support and still no resolution:
updated tv
factory reset tv
uninstalled and reinstalled the YouTube app
turned off one click
deleted cache
when I first got tv it never happened for about two years no issue now it’s been ongoing for over a year with no fix
it happens in ANY YouTube content. Everytime there is a QR code ad that’s it… black screen with audio have to restart video
I agree the TCL tv YouTube app is horrible. It also does not mark the video for resume play. ROKO, you can do so much better.
