YouTube app rapidly times out and quits when video paused

There was no option to reply or give a solution to this thread.

'YouTube app rapidly times out and quits when video paused'

I found a solution that works for the 4k streaming stick. I just disabled the screensaver on the roku and the you tube issue is no longer a problem so far.
