YouTube app on Roku only show a single row on my profile

My profile on the YouTube Roku app only has one row of videos under the name Recommended and a refresh button underneath. I've reset the app, uninstalled/reinstalled the app. This is happening on 3 d...

Thanks for the photo, Hessian!

Have you tried this quick fix below?

  1. Remove the channel: Highlight the channel tile on your home screen and press Star to open the Options menu. Select Remove channel and confirm.
  2. Restart your Roku device: Go to Settings > System > Power > System restart > Restart Now.
  3. Re-install the channel: After your Roku device restarts, visit the Roku Streaming Store and add the channel again.

Just to try it, I did a factory reset on one of my Roku boxes. No difference.

    To get this investigated further, could you send us the Roku device details?

    • Roku device model, Device ID, and Serial Number, Software version (It can be found in Settings > System > About)
    • Tracker ID (Press Home five times then press Back button five times)
    • App build version (Highlight the app from the Home Screen and press the Star * Button)

      mine has been the same every since the new update to the touchpad on the app, i tried the delete and redownload and no success

      Problem is occurring on both devices.
