YouTube App kicks back to Home Screen on Roku TV

I need someone to contact me back as soon as possible. I’m having problems with an almost brand new 65 inch Westinghouse Roku TV where it is deleting YouTube app all the time and then making me mess with the calendar usually it doesn’t when I turn the TV on, but I was watching it. It kicked me off of YouTube sent me back to the calendar And I went to go find YouTube after getting back onto the TV and it’s been deleted again. I’ve downloaded it probably eight more times now in the last month

    Any app removed from one Roku device will be removed from all Roku devices linked to the same Roku account.  Check the email address displayed under Settings->System->About and use that email address to log into your account at https://my.roku.com.  Look at the devices linked to the account and remove any you don't recognize.

    If the email address that's displayed isn't your own, you have bigger problems.
