YouTube app account information disappeared

YouTube app will not connect with my TV for my account it works on every other TV. Is it just my TV or what am I supposed to do ??
ROKU (said) that they have SOLVED this ISSUE?????

. I do not believe they have and then they closed a discussion I found on here and they are not allowing any comments!!??
.I really hate to go through the whole process of factory resetting my device when I have to start fresh again, which is very time-consuming

    • Can you verify the specific device or TV where the issue persists?
    • What troubleshooting steps have you taken so far?
    • What error code do you see when you attempt to log in to your YouTube account on TV?

      How to fix it ?don’t worry about it (if this is how fast you get back to people?)

      then you’re not much help. All anyone has  to do is reset the whole TV to factory settings but I figured that out on my own thanks anyway.!
