Re: Sanyo Roku TV won't open YouTube TV

On my Roku tv, I can not open the you tube tv app. It does absolutely nothing when I click on the app. All the other apps are opening just fine. I have done a system restart, I have deleted the app and reinstalled it, and I have check for updates. Nothing is working

    We see that the YouTube TV app isn't working on your Roku TV. Thanks for trying some troubleshooting steps so far! We'd like to pass this to the right team to check it out. 

    Please provide the following.

    • Roku device model, serial number, device ID, and Software version and build. (To find the information, go to Settings > System > About.)
    • Tracker ID (press Home 5 times, then Back 5 times, when the issue occurs)
    • App build version (highlight the app and press the star (*) button of your Roku remote)
