Hi spiderman865
Welcome to the Roku Community!
If the YES Network app isn't launching on your Roku, there are a few things you can try to troubleshoot the issue:
- Check for updates: Make sure your Roku device and the YES Network app are up to date. To check for updates, go to Settings > System > System update and check for any available updates. Then, go to Settings > System > System restart to restart your Roku device.
- Check your internet connection: Make sure your Roku device is connected to the internet and that your connection is strong and stable. You can check your internet connection by going to Settings > Network > Check connection.
- Uninstall and reinstall the app: We suggest starting there. In some cases, removing the affected channel and then re-installing it may help. Restart your device before re-adding the channel back in to ensure the process is successful. We recommend doing this through the Settings menu by navigating to Settings > System > Power (If there is no Power submenu, proceed to the next step.) > System restart.
- Contact customer support: If none of these steps resolve the issue, you can contact customer support for the YES Network app for further assistance. They may be able to help you troubleshoot the issue or provide additional solutions.

Any word on this? I would like to find the answer. I did everything listed at least five times. I contacted YES with no luck and they told me to contact my internet provider who said to contact Roku direct. STILL WILL NOT ALLOW ME TO SIGN IN! Do we have to pay now?? What's the deal?

Hi donnadev,
Welcome to the Roku Community!
Thanks for letting us know about the behavior you are seeing when trying to sign in for YES Network and we appreciate the troubleshooting steps you've done so far.
Please be advised that YES Network creates its own channel and handles authentication against your subscription, so there isn't a way for Roku to manage or authenticate your YES Network credentials.
In addition, when removing a channel, it's important that you make sure to restart your Roku device before adding the channel back again to ensure a clean channel install.
We appreciate your patience and understanding regarding what you are experiencing. If you have any other questions or concerns, please let us know.
Best regards,
Mary
