Wrong Deep Trouble 1993 film ...

I activated my Roku device today to watch this one film from 1993 ... Deep Trouble which stars Isabelle Pasco and Robert Wagner. The picture and 1993 are correct but the film being shown is another film with the same title from 2000. When you do a search for Deep Trouble ... both films are displayed and both films are the 2000 version. The 1993 version is not correct with Isabelle Pasco and Robert Wagner. I can't connect to support to bring it to anybody's attention. They say I don't qualify for online help.

Anyone here with some ideas of how to bring this to the attention of Roku support.

    We are grateful that you brought this to our attention and sincerely regret any inconvenience this may have caused. Actually, this is a good catch! No worries; we'd be happy to forward your concern to the appropriate Roku team for further investigation and to fix this problem as soon as we can.

    Kindly provide us with the following details below:

    1. Roku device model, serial number, device ID, and OS version. (this can all be found in Settings > System > About)
    2. What version/build is the app/channel? (this can be found by highlighting the channel/app on the Home screen and pressing the Star* button)
    3. Tracker ID (when you see this issue occur, press the Home button 5 times, followed by the Back button 5 times, and provide us with this ID)

    We'll be looking forward to your update and we'd go from there.
