Won't scan a particular antenna channel

When my ABC affiliate added the MeTV cartoon channel 36-4, I rescanned my roku tv to pick it up and it did.  However it lost Catchy channel 36-8 and will not rescan for it.  How do I fix this?  This happened to all three roku tv's but not the regular tv's.

    Mine does the same.  5.6 works on other tv’s but not the Roku set.  Tried resetting, power cycling, etc.  just ignores that channel.
