Why isn't there an option for the Brasil Paralelo app?

Roku does not control whether third party companies make an app for Roku.

If there is no app available on the Roku store, I would suggest contacting customer support for Brasil Paralelo directly and ask them to make an app for streaming.  

If an app is not available, you could mirror it to the screen, or if they have a website, watch on a PC.
