That might be a question to ask Max customer service directly? Sometimes there is a delay intentionally by the company who owns the content.

Same here, so I phoned max, said it's roku's issue,
called roku, said it's max issue. Suddenly episodes 2 & 3 arrived same day,
each told me no control over max on roku. So I canceled and will buy Max directly instead.
