I have been having same issue for 2 weeks. I can login and watch from my iPad but not on TV with roku. I Called DIRECTV stream today and canceled my subscription. They did advise that I had not activated y account. You may want to call them to see if your account has been activated.

We would recommend trying to do the following steps:
- Logging out of the channel (if you have tried to authenticate the channel)
- Remove the channel
- Restart the Roku device
- Adding the channel back again
- Re-authenticating the channel with your account credentials
If you are still unable to resolve the issue follow those steps, you'll want to contact the channel provider support directly to inquire further. Many channels on Roku are developed and maintained by the channel provider themselves.

Thanks for the suggestions. I've done all the items you suggested to no avail. I've talked to Roku tech support as well as Directv Stream tech support. The latter assured me that they are working with Roku to resolve this. But, told me to give them 72 hours to resolve which will be over later today. So far, it's still not allowing me to login via Roku.

Was told the same thing wait 72hrs and it would be resolved, which I doubt, since I was told 2 nights ago someone would call me back in 2hrs, then 24hrs later I had to call them. I am a Directv Satellite customer currently , trying out Directv stream, which works great on my iphone and iPad, but I can't login to watch on my iMac or any Roku TV device I have.

I just got off the phone with two great Directv technical support people. The first was from DTV satellite (not sure how I got connected there first). She was adamant that should have been taken serious from their streaming group and not told a line to wait 72 hours. She also was adamant that I get the name & ID number of the person I talk to. She personally contacted someone in DTV Streaming Tech support and told them my problem after 3 calls and no results. The person I talked to confirmed that this is a known problem that both Directv Stream and Roku are working on. However, since this is a software issue. Its resolution might take a while longer (I pressed him for a guesstimate and he suggested about a week).
