Why has FUBO Sports taken complete control of my roku devices?

FUBO  Sports has totally taken over all our roku devices, and we don't even subscribe to any FUBO channels!!! Every since ROKU added FUBO Sports to our "top picks for you" lineup, it's all you hear ALL THE TIME, no matter what  subscription we try to play! How can I fix this? TIA

    We are glad you are sharing your concern about Fubo Sports, which keeps getting on your TV screen and consistently interrupts your viewing experience, even if you are watching other channels. We would be more than willing to assist you with this.

    We would like to investigate this issue further. Could you please clarify whether it behaves like an advertisement or if it simply pops up on the TV screen, blocking the view of the content you are watching?

    In the meantime, we suggest you try the following:

    Change ad preferences: Roku allows you to limit the types of ads shown on your device, by either hiding individual ads or limiting certain ad categories.

    1. Press Home on your Roku remote
    2. Scroll and select Settings
    3. Select Privacy
    4. Select Advertising
    5. Select Sensitive ad content
    6. Select one or more sensitive ad categories
    7. Press OK
