- What Roku device are you using right now? (e.g., Roku Express, Roku Streambar, Roku TV – specify TV)
- Have you activated your Roku device?
- When did this start happening?
- Can you please send us a photo of the issue that you are experiencing?
In the meantime, please try to restart your system by going to Settings > System > Power > System restart (if you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step).

There's nothing specific about my device.
It's the same for all Roku devices.
Roku supports UK streaming apps, but doesn't have the listings/catalogue for UK streaming channels (ITVX BBC iPlayer, etc).
My question is why not?

The streaming provider has to agree to allow Roku to catalog what they are offering, or else provide a listing of their offerings, and it's possible that none of those channels allow Roku to do so or provide the necessary info.
